CATERING:
- Outside catering allowed. Caterer must be licensed and Insured. Caterer will provide all flatware ( dinner plates, salad plates, forks, knives, spoons, water goblets) chaffing dishes, serving utensils, and staff to setup, cleanup, service, busing tables.
- A licensed security officer and licensed bartender are required if alcohol will be served at you event.
