Booking & Payment Terms:

50% deposit required to reserve your date.

Remaining balance due 30 days before the event.

$1000 refundable damage/security deposit.

Event Insurance Required.

A Security officer and Licensed bartender are required for all events at an additional fee.

Available Add-Ons (Extra Cost):

Extra hour: $500/hour.

Magazine Photo booth: $600.

Access to both bride & groom's suite: $250.

Chair cushion available at $1.50 each.
